What you will do

• Own end-to-end audit execution from planning and reporting to audit issue follow-up.
• Identify root causes and partner with stakeholders to develop practical, value-added solutions.
• Evaluate global processes across functions including supply chain, manufacturing, finance, and operations.
• Utilize data analytics and AI tools to identify trends and opportunities for continuous monitoring.
• Establish trust with stakeholders to effectively communicate risks, observations, and recommendations.
• Mentor team members and coordinate third-party providers to enhance audit capabilities.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
• 6+ years of experience in internal audit at a high-growth organization, risk management, or public accounting.
• Legal authorization to work in the United States without the need for employer sponsorship.
• Strong understanding of SOX, COSO framework, and PCAOB standards.
• Experience leveraging data analytics and AI tools to generate business insights.
• Analytical thinking and ability to operate effectively in ambiguous environments.

Nice to have

• CIA, CPA, or CISA certification.
• Experience in the renewable energy or energy storage industry.
• Background in supply chain, manufacturing, or construction.
