What you will do

• Collaborate with Customer Support and DevOps teams to define SLA, SLO, and SLI.
• Ensure 24/7 production stability, managing incidents and detailed documentation.
• Deploy, configure, and monitor production environments to maintain high availability.
• Automate production validations, reporting, and disaster recovery processes.
• Manage and optimize MTTR (Mean Time to Respond) and MTTD (Mean Time to Detect).

Requirements

• Knowledge of Python and a strong willingness to improve technical skills.
• Familiarity with Linux Administration and Git version control.
• Basic understanding of Web Applications and Web Services.
• Basic familiarity with Docker and Kubernetes.
• Strong problem-solving and communication skills.
• Must be located in or able to work in Limassol, Cyprus.

Nice to have

• Experience with Terraform and SRE/Sysadmin toolchains.
• Familiarity with monitoring tools and complex networking solutions.
• Experience managing data sources such as MongoDB, Elasticsearch, Redis, or ArangoDB.
