What you will do

• Build and operate CI/CD pipelines using GitLab, including pipelines-as-code, runners, and artifact strategies.
• Manage Kubernetes container platforms, focusing on deployments, ingress, services, and troubleshooting.
• Maintain and optimize Docker workflows, including multi-stage builds and image optimization.
• Embed DevSecOps practices into delivery, including SAST/DAST, secrets scanning, and policy gates.
• Improve reliability and performance through monitoring, alerting, log aggregation, and capacity planning.
• Collaborate on architecture decisions and develop technical standards and runbooks.

Requirements

• Strong experience with GitLab CI/CD and Git workflows.
• Production experience with Kubernetes administration and troubleshooting.
• Solid Docker skills, including registry workflows and security best practices.
• Experience implementing DevSecOps controls within pipelines.
• Proficiency in Linux, networking basics, and Bash scripting (Python is a plus).

Nice to have

• Experience with observability stacks such as Prometheus, Grafana, ELK/OpenSearch, or Loki.
• Proficiency with Helm.
• Experience with AWS, Azure, or GCP and managed Kubernetes (EKS, AKS, GKE).
• Knowledge of container security tooling like Trivy, Grype, OPA/Gatekeeper, Falco, or Kyverno.
