Legal Intern (Commercial & Licensing): Supporting the APAC regional counsel in drafting and negotiating a variety of commercial agreements with an accent on distribution, licensing, and marketing contracts. Focus on providing legally sound advice across cross-functional teams including Marketing, Sales, and Finance.

What you will do

• Assist in drafting, reviewing, and negotiating contracts, including distribution, retail, e-commerce, and licensing agreements.
• Support the APAC regional counsel and other global legal teams.
• Collaborate cross-functionally with Marketing, Sales, Regulatory Compliance, and Finance.
• Provide legally sound advice on marketing, finance, sales, regulatory, and litigation matters.
• Deliver a presentation on a legal case or legislative development at the end of the internship.

Requirements

• Must be based in Singapore.
• Current law student or graduate from a university or institution of higher learning.
• Ability to commit to the internship for at least 6 months.
• Proficiency in MS Office tools (Outlook, Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
• Strong work ethic and a high sense of confidentiality.

• Affinity with anti-trust, privacy, corporate, consumer, or intellectual property law.
