What you will do

• Oversee end-to-end operational performance across service backbone operations, including spare parts, repair services, and order management.
• Monitor and analyze KPIs, SLAs, and quality metrics to identify operational risks and improvement opportunities.
• Act as the primary regional interface between EU-LATAM and Global Performance Management.
• Lead repair operations governance, focusing on backlog prioritization and optimization of turnaround times.
• Implement and improve standardized reporting solutions using SAP and regional ERP systems.
• Coordinate corrective and preventive actions (CAPA) in collaboration with IT, service owners, and delivery teams.

Requirements

• Several years of experience in Service Operations, Performance Management, or Data Analytics in international environments.
• Must be based in or able to work from Madrid, Spain.
• Strong proficiency in SAP ECC, CRM systems, and advanced Excel.
• Experience with Power BI or similar data visualization tools.
• Fluent Business English (C1).
• Willingness to travel internationally within the EU and LATAM regions.

Nice to have

• Knowledge of German or Portuguese languages.
• Experience with SQL or data querying tools.
• Background in spare parts management, inventory control, or field service environments.
