What you will do
- Serve as the primary dedicated point of contact for a portfolio of key clients.
- Manage renewal timelines and proactively secure client extensions to mitigate churn.
- Identify cross-sell and upsell opportunities to drive revenue growth and meet sales targets.
- Act as a senior escalation point for client complaints, collaborating internally to resolve issues promptly.
- Maintain GDPR-compliant customer records in Salesforce and analyze data to optimize client strategy.
Requirements
- 3–5 years of experience in account management, technical sales, or client-facing roles.
- Exceptional verbal and written communication, negotiation, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to interpret financial data and manage contractual KPIs to maximize profitability.
- Must be based in the UK and able to work hybridly from the Coalville/Leicester office.
- Exposure to ITIL practices, preferably qualified to Foundation level.
