What you will do

  • Own the external expenses management for Revenue and Marketing & Communication teams across France, UK, and USA.
  • Perform monthly closings, budgeting, and re-forecasting in close collaboration with budget owners.
  • Conduct monthly and quarterly performance reviews, including variance analysis and cost driver deep-dives.
  • Create executive-ready reporting, dashboards, and graphs for leadership decks.
  • Calculate and present quarterly CAC/LTV findings to the Executive Committee to suggest improvement ideas.
  • Manage intercompany invoicing, ensuring accuracy and consistency in allocation rules.

Requirements

  • 4-5 years of experience in FP&A, controlling, or finance business partnering.
  • Strong fundamentals in driver-based planning, phasing, and scenario thinking.
  • Proven ability in variance analysis and financial storytelling.
  • Advanced proficiency in Excel and Google Sheets.
  • Experience managing multiple stakeholders and running a structured finance cadence.
  • Must be based in Paris, France.
