What you will do

• Own end-to-end month-end preparation, including accuracy checks and variance analysis.
• Support annual budget and re-forecast cycles in collaboration with department heads.
• Maintain product costing, including bill of materials and bill of labour data.
• Act as the primary financial contact for the Factory Director and local management.
• Track key performance indicators such as waste and labor efficiency.
• Develop financial working methods and support group-wide projects using AI tools.

Requirements

• Professional fluency in English for international collaboration.
• Solid experience in a manufacturing or operational finance environment.
• Advanced skills in Excel or Google Sheets (lookups, pivots, logic).
• Ability to work cross-functionally between factory floor and central finance.
• Strong analytical and pragmatic problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work autonomously in an evolving environment.

Nice to have

• Experience using Oracle.
• Experience with business intelligence tools like Board or Looker.
