Location: Remote (Must be based in Kenya or South Africa). Working Hours: U.S. Business Hours (EST)

What you will do

  • Build and execute multi-channel outbound marketing campaigns targeting high-ticket B2B prospects.
  • Develop scalable outbound prospecting systems and outreach playbooks.
  • Research and build targeted lead lists using Sales Navigator, Apollo, Clay, ZoomInfo, or similar tools.
  • Write personalized outreach messaging and create LinkedIn content to drive engagement.
  • Monitor and optimize campaign performance based on response and engagement metrics.
  • Collaborate with leadership to refine outbound strategy and pipeline generation.

Requirements

  • 2+ years of experience in B2B outbound marketing, lead generation, or SDR roles.
  • Strong experience with LinkedIn outreach and B2B prospect engagement.
  • Hands-on experience with Apollo, Clay, Sales Navigator, or ZoomInfo.
  • Strong copywriting ability for outbound messaging and email campaigns.
  • Must be based in Kenya or South Africa.
  • Must be able to work U.S. Business Hours (EST).
  • Excellent written and spoken English communication skills.

  • Experience working with high-ticket B2B service businesses or agencies.
  • Familiarity with CRM systems and outbound automation tools.
  • Background in startup or fast-growing business environments.
  • Experience creating lead magnets or outbound content assets.
