What you will do

• Identify organizational impacts early in the program and drive actions to mitigate them.
• Build and maintain a structured impact and readiness tracker.
• Execute the ERP communication plan and coordinate activities across functions.
• Structure key program updates, presentations, and internal messaging.
• Develop and lead the training strategy and workstream.
• Ensure stakeholders are aligned on timelines, deliverables, and next steps.

Requirements

• 7+ years of experience in change management within transformation environments (process, people, technology).
• Proven experience specifically leading change management in ERP transformations.
• 5+ years of business operations experience (e.g., supply chain or sales operations).
• Proficiency in change management methodologies with proven results.
• B.Sc. or M.Sc. in a relevant field.
• Excellent communication and organizational skills.
