What you will do

• Coordinate, plan, and follow up on project activities for electrical systems and vehicle development.
• Act as the central point of coordination between project stakeholders and the design team.
• Ensure milestone deliveries are achieved according to the project plan.
• Support engineering activities for bus chassis cable harness development.
• Maintain a positive team culture and high engagement levels within the Agile team.

Requirements

• B.Sc. or M.Sc. in Electrical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or a similar technical discipline.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in design and engineering work.
• Proven experience in coordination, planning, and follow-up activities.
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Ability to work effectively in cross-functional, project-oriented environments.
• Must be able to work on-site 5 days a week at the client site in Södertälje.

Nice to have

• Experience in cable harness design using Saber.
• Prior experience with the client.
