Level 2 Virtualization Engineer (VMware/OpenShift)

What you will do

• Provide Level 2 support for VMware and OpenShift Virtualization platforms.
• Troubleshoot issues in VMware vSphere, vCenter, or OpenShift Virtualization environments.
• Support the design and implementation of virtualization solutions.
• Monitor system performance, capacity, and availability.
• Identify and implement improvements to virtualization environments.
• Contribute to automation efforts using Terraform, Ansible, or similar tools.

Requirements

• 2+ years of active working experience with VMware or OpenShift Virtualization.
• Knowledge of VMware vSphere, vCenter, or equivalent OpenShift components.
• Understanding of storage and networking in virtualized environments.
• Experience with infrastructure automation tools such as Terraform and Ansible.
• English: Fluent (C1) required.
• Location: Must be based in or able to work in Košice.

Nice to have

• Familiarity with Veeam.
• Knowledge of German.
