What you will do
- Manage a portfolio of strategic accounts and flagship companies to maintain strong customer relationships.
- Ensure successful onboarding of new accounts and promote health partner positioning to drive employee adoption.
- Analyze consumption reports and conduct business reviews to identify and implement solutions for client needs.
- Handle cross-selling, upselling, and contract renegotiations to ensure both customer value and profitability.
- Act as the voice of the customer by collaborating with Product teams to evolve services and features.
- Partner with Sales teams to support new customer acquisition by promoting the Key Account Management program.
Requirements
- At least 5 years of experience in a customer-facing role.
- Proven track record of over-performance and experience working with companies of 150+ employees.
- Fluency in French and English is required.
- Strong negotiation, positive lobbying, and analytical skills for data-based reporting.
- Growth mindset with a strong interest in the healthcare sector.
- Must be based in Belgium.
Nice to have
- Previous experience in Insurance or benefits-linked industries.
- Fluency in Dutch.
