What you will do

• Develop and support custom tools and processes for the in-house Cobra engine.
• Collaborate with the UX team to design effective workflows and development pipelines.
• Write technical and user documentation to evangelize tools and guide users toward solid solutions.
• Provide mentoring and guidance to junior programmers to support their growth.
• Work with Technical QA to maintain the stability of proprietary tools.

Requirements

• Advanced knowledge of C# / .NET programming.
• Solid WPF / XAML skills.
• Experience in the creation and support of complex software packages.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
• Ability to write maintainable systems including structure, documentation, and unit tests.

Nice to have

• Experience with scripting languages such as Lua or Python.
• Experience with data format languages (XML, JSON, EDN, FBS).
• Proven requirements capture and product support skills.
• Experience collaborating with UX designers and Technical QA testing.
