What you will do

• Provide direct technical support and advice to artists on production shows.
• Monitor render farm performance, disk usage, and file transfers across sites.
• Design and develop Python tools and scripts to optimize show-specific workflows.
• Contribute to testing and providing feedback for new software releases from the R&D team.
• Communicate technical issues effectively between developers and artists.

Requirements

• Must be based in the United Kingdom
• Strong experience with Linux operating systems.
• Good knowledge of Maya.
• Proficiency in Python scripting.
• Excellent communication skills to bridge technical and non-technical teams.

Nice to have

• Previous experience in VFX, Games, or related industries.
• Experience with DCC packages such as Houdini, Katana, Nuke, or Clarisse.
• Degree in Computer Science, Computer Graphics, or a related field.
