What you will do

• Own the Trust & Safety product strategy and roadmap, translating business risk into a prioritized execution plan.
• Transition the function from reactive response to proactive prevention by building a Risk Engine and anomaly detection tools.
• Ship AI-native safety experiences by partnering with Data Science and Engineering to implement ML models and LLMs.
• Balance fraud mitigation with growth to ensure minimal friction for legitimate marketplace users.
• Define and track key success metrics, such as fraud loss rates and false positive/negative rates.
• Collaborate with Legal, Compliance, and Operations to ensure products meet regional regulatory requirements.

Requirements

• Significant PM experience in high-scale digital sectors such as marketplaces, fintech, or e-commerce.
• Proven track record owning Trust & Safety, Fraud Prevention, Risk, or Identity & Verification product spaces.
• Experience building scalable, proactive detection systems rather than relying on manual processes.
• Strong analytical mindset with experience in evidence-based prioritization and success metric definition.
• Experience working closely with machine learning, AI, and risk scoring systems.
• Must be located in or have work authorization for Poland, Netherlands, Germany, Spain, or Portugal.

• Experience building trust and safety products across multiple international markets and regulatory environments.
• Familiarity with emerging regulations affecting AI, payments, and digital marketplaces.
