What you will do

• Partner with delivery managers to run client discovery and define what is worth building across multiple engagements.
• Own the product direction, priorities, and backlogs for product-critical engagements.
• Facilitate discovery workshops to uncover actual client needs and translate them into a clear product direction.
• Collaborate during pre-sales and scoping to ensure proposals are grounded in real user value.
• Bridge the gap between AI/LLM technical capabilities and actual user requirements.
• Enhance internal product capabilities by applying discovery and prioritization discipline to in-house projects.

Requirements

• 6-8 years of experience in product management, ownership, or product consulting.
• Proven track record of running discovery and turning ambiguous needs into clear product directions.
• Strong facilitation and stakeholder management skills for running workshops.
• Fluency in AI/LLM capabilities, specifically understanding the strengths and limitations of agents and LLMs.
• Ability to manage multiple concurrent engagements with high autonomy.
• English: C1 level required.
• Location: Must be based in Poland.

Nice to have

• Experience in consultancy or client-facing product roles.
• Proficiency in discovery toolkits (user interviews, opportunity solution trees, outcome metrics, experimentation).
• Basic prototyping or design skills to communicate concepts.
• Agile fluency (Scrum/Kanban) and backlog discipline.
• Commercial instinct for contributing to proposals and identifying expansion opportunities.
