Location: London (Hybrid: at least 3 days a week in the office)

What you will do

• Manage and develop a global garment supplier base for Wovens, ensuring strong partnerships and accountability.
• Onboard and exit suppliers in alignment with category strategy and business needs.
• Drive supplier performance across cost, quality, delivery, compliance, and sustainability.
• Own the initial costing process and negotiate costs while maintaining ethical standards.
• Implement speed-to-market initiatives and identify opportunities to reduce lead times.
• Collaborate with Responsible Sourcing teams to meet environmental and traceability commitments.

Requirements

• Strong experience in Sourcing, Production, or Supply Chain within fashion retail.
• Knowledge of Wovens products.
• Proven experience managing offshore supplier relationships across multiple regions.
• Strong negotiation and costing capabilities.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
• Flexibility to travel.
