What you will do

• Source new SKUs and suppliers to rapidly scale the non-horticultural gifting range.
• Lead negotiations to deliver significant, measurable cost savings and drive margin ambitions.
• Develop and manage long-term strategic supplier partnerships and their holistic performance.
• Partner with the Range team to provide market assessments and supplier benchmarks for product selection.
• Negotiate, implement, and manage comprehensive commercial and operational contracts.
• Manage the end-to-end onboarding of suppliers and SKUs to ensure they are operationally ready.

Requirements

• 3+ years of experience in a procurement or buying role within FMCG or retail.
• Strong negotiation skills and commercial acumen to improve margins without sacrificing quality.
• Ability to prioritize high-impact wins and work with agility in a fast-paced "sprint" environment.
• High attention to detail to ensure every new SKU is operationally ready for the warehouse.
• Must be based in London for a hybrid work arrangement.
• This is a Fixed Term Contract (FTC) role with an end date of April 2027.
