What you will do
- Provide an outstanding customer experience, ensuring users feel secure while using app features.
- Deliver high-quality customer service and represent the company brand at all times.
- Collaborate with international team members to resolve customer disruptions and improve experiences.
- Take ownership of customer issues and perform deep analysis to find effective solutions.
Requirements
- Fluency in English (C1+ level).
- Fluency in Catalan and Spanish (C1+ level).
- Must be based in Barcelona (in-person role).
- 1+ years of experience in customer support.
- Bachelor’s degree (provisional certificate accepted).
- Strong analytical, IT, and problem-solving skills.
Nice to have
- Experience providing in-person customer support.
- Exposure to banking, financial services, or sales.
