What you will do

• Advise on property leases and commercial contracts for physical products, including ATMs and partnership agreements.
• Provide time-sensitive commercial, operational, and regulatory advice to internal stakeholders.
• Serve as lead counsel and project manager on strategic deals related to global physical presence.
• Resolve issues arising in existing commercial relationships.
• Develop and implement streamlined contract negotiation and vendor management processes.
• Create and maintain standard form agreements to reduce legal support requirements.

Requirements

• 2+ years of PQE.
• Expertise in commercial real estate and property law.
• Experience managing complex commercial transactions across multiple jurisdictions.
• Proven ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong leadership and execution skills for handling complex legal matters with short turnaround times.
• Exceptional stakeholder management and communication skills.

Nice to have

• Experience working in-house.
• Experience within a bank's physical presence or branch team.
• Direct experience handling ATM placement, deployment, and distribution agreements.
