What you will do

• Lead contract negotiations for SaaS, hardware, real estate, and supplier agreements, including DPAs.
• Review and negotiate enterprise commercial licenses (SaaS and On-Prem), professional services, and strategic partnerships.
• Collaborate cross-functionally with procurement, sales, deal desk, finance, and security teams to optimize deal terms.
• Drive process optimization for contracts using AI and automation tools to reduce cycle times.
• Maintain and improve commercial contracting playbooks and templates.
• Manage inbound software and SaaS procurement contracts and amendments.

Requirements

• Legal qualification to practice in England & Wales (solicitor) or equivalent international qualification with the right to work in the UK.
• 6+ years of experience specifically in software licensing and SaaS agreements.
• Demonstrated experience with AI-based tools for redlining and legal research.
• Ability to manage high-volume deal flow independently under tight deadlines.
• Strong business acumen and a collaborative professional spirit.

Nice to have

• Prior in-house experience, particularly at a high-growth technology company.
• Undergraduate degree in a business or technology field.
• Experience with international commercial agreements and data localization requirements.
• Additional language skills in French, German, Italian, Spanish, or Portuguese.
