What you will do

  • Own and execute strategic blueprints and customer-centric frameworks, converting data insights into connected experiences.
  • Design and optimize sophisticated omni-channel customer journeys integrating data, technology, and content.
  • Lead major client workstreams autonomously, positioning experience strategy as a driver for business growth.
  • Manage and mentor junior-to-mid-level strategists, providing guidance and career support.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams (creative, CX/UX, tech, and data) to implement strategic recommendations.
  • Influence senior client stakeholders as a trusted advisor on marketing transformation.

Requirements

  • 8–10 years of progressive experience in CRM, marketing automation, and CX strategy, preferably in agency or consulting environments.
  • Strong strategic understanding of platforms such as Salesforce Marketing Cloud, Adobe Marketing Cloud, Braze, or HubSpot.
  • Proven experience in managing or mentoring junior team members and leading project workstreams.
  • Excellent communication skills for presenting complex strategic concepts to technical and non-technical audiences.
  • Ability to work effectively in cross-functional and global, multicultural environments.

Nice to have

  • Prior experience working with clients in the automotive sector or other complex luxury industries.
