Vice President, Marketplace Growth (Marketplace Growth): Lead demand-side strategy for the GolfNow marketplace to drive sustainable rounds growth with an accent on golfer value proposition, promotion strategy, and demand quality. Focus on building insight-led, data-driven activation frameworks, improving conversion and retention, and scaling AI-enabled tools across growth workflows.

Location: Hybrid role based in Orlando, Florida

What you will do

  • Own and evolve the demand-side growth strategy for the GolfNow marketplace to improve high-quality rounds growth and golfer lifetime value
  • Define and continuously refine the golfer value proposition to increase conversion quality for new and returning golfers
  • Lead national promotion strategy and guardrails to influence desired golfer behaviors while protecting marketplace trust and contribution margin
  • Establish demand quality and lifecycle activation frameworks to increase second-round conversion and early retention
  • Partner cross-functionally with marketing, product, analytics, CRM/lifecycle, and partner teams to align growth initiatives with business goals
  • Drive experimentation, KPI design, performance management, and identify opportunities to apply AI-enabled tools across growth workflows

Requirements

  • 12+ years of leadership experience in growth, marketplace, consumer, or performance marketing within digital, e-commerce, travel, media, or subscription businesses
  • Proven ability to deliver sustainable growth while balancing unit economics, customer trust, and long-term value
  • Deep expertise in customer segmentation, behavioral activation, offer strategy, and conversion optimization
  • Strong analytical mindset with experience in experimentation, KPI development, and data-informed decision-making
  • Experience developing value propositions, messaging strategies, and go-to-market frameworks
  • Demonstrated success leading cross-functional teams and influencing senior stakeholders in matrixed organizations
