What you will do

• Manage commercial construction contracts throughout the project lifecycle and coordinate bid, performance, and maintenance bonds.
• Prepare and submit AIA billing packages and maintain accurate Schedule of Values (SOV) documentation.
• Track project schedules, receipts, and milestones using Buildertrend to ensure data integrity.
• Coordinate inbound and outbound communications with clients, contractors, vendors, and municipalities.
• Support pre-construction and pre-sales administrative activities and organize project permits and records.

Requirements

• Proven experience working with commercial construction contracts and bonding processes.
• Hands-on experience with AIA billing, payment applications, and tracking retainage.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Microsoft Office.
• Excellent written and verbal English communication skills.
• Ability to work U.S. Business Hours.

Nice to have

• Experience using Buildertrend or similar construction management software.
• Background in commercial construction, landscaping, or general project management.
• Basic accounting or bookkeeping experience within the construction or trades industries.
