What you will do

• Develop and grow the mid-tier and micro creator portfolio across TikTok, Instagram, and YouTube.
• Manage end-to-end program operations including briefing, contracting, content review, and payment coordination.
• Build and evolve UGC infrastructure, toolsets, and process architecture for global scalability.
• Establish content quality and compliance standards to ensure consistent brand alignment.
• Define KPI frameworks and lead performance reporting to optimize program direction.
• Coordinate with Influencer, Creator Commerce, and Paid Media teams to integrate creator output into broader campaigns.

Requirements

• 5–7 years of experience in influencer marketing or creator management, specifically within the DACH market.
• Proficiency with creator platforms such as CreatorIQ, Later, Mavrck, or Mavely.
• Fluent German (spoken and written) and strong professional English.
• Proven ability to build scalable operational processes and systems from scratch.
• Strong cross-functional communication and stakeholder management skills.

Nice to have

• Experience with TikTok Shop and affiliate-adjacent creator models.
• Expertise in using UGC content for paid amplification.
