What you will do

• Lead and facilitate cross-functional VAVE workshops for RFQs and awarded programs to drive actionable cost-saving outcomes.
• Own and manage the VM ideation pipeline, ensuring prioritization and tracking of ideas from creation to implementation.
• Analyze system architecture, hardware blocks, and mechanical concepts to identify cost optimization opportunities.
• Collaborate with hardware/mechanical engineering, procurement, and program teams to validate and implement technical solutions.
• Support RFQ/RFX activities by contributing cost-saving ideas to strengthen BOM competitiveness.
• Maintain data-driven tracking of savings and pipeline maturity while promoting the reuse of proven hardware blocks across projects.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or a related technical field.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in Value Management, VAVE, or cost engineering within the automotive or tech sectors.
• Strong understanding of automotive electronics technologies and the end-to-end value chain.
• Proven ability to lead technical presentations and facilitate workshops with internal and external stakeholders.
• English: C1 (Fluent) required for effective communication and stakeholder engagement.

Nice to have

• Project management experience and a track record of managing multiple priorities.
• Experience with Automotive Infotainment or Intelligent-Cockpit products.
• Experience with Automotive Tier1 RFQ processes.
