• Maximize equipment uptime through the implementation of seamless, proactive maintenance strategies.
• Lead and develop a high-performing technical team to deliver consistent operational results.
• Own and optimize budgets, balancing cost efficiency with performance outcomes.
• Manage spare parts stock and availability to reduce downtime risks.
• Select and oversee external partners to ensure high-quality and cost-effective service.
• Ensure audit compliance and quality standards through continuous improvement measures.

Requirements

• Degree in Engineering (Industrial, Electronics, or similar).
• 3+ years of leadership experience in maintenance or technical coordination.
• Strong technical expertise in mechanics, pneumatics, electrical, and control systems.
• Advanced English skills (C1) for working in an international environment.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite (PowerPoint, Excel).
• Ability to work onsite in Timisoara, Romania.
