Location: Hybrid working from the London office

A certified B Corporation operating a marketplace app to fight food waste by connecting businesses with surplus food to consumers.

What you will do

  • Proactively source and build diverse pipelines of early-career sales talent.
  • Develop personalized outreach strategies to engage passive candidates and sell company culture.
  • Coordinate European campus recruitment and build relationships with academic institutions.
  • Implement a calendar of recruitment events, including graduate fairs and networking sessions.
  • Collaborate with Marketing and Comms to execute creative employer branding strategies.
  • Maintain data integrity within the Applicant Tracking System (ATS).

Requirements

  • Full professional proficiency in both German and English (written and spoken).
  • Strong communication skills and comfort with public speaking.
  • High level of organization and attention to detail.
  • Growth mindset and ability to handle ambiguity.
  • Must be based in or able to work hybridly from the London office.

Nice to have

  • Previous experience in recruitment or sourcing (agency or in-house).
  • Background in B2B, tech, or recruitment agency sales.
  • Experience in event coordination and planning.
