What you will do

• Build and maintain features end-to-end, from Rails API endpoints to React Native screens for iOS and web.
• Contribute to architecture decisions and maintain high code quality through reviews and clean abstractions.
• Integrate social media APIs (Instagram, TikTok, Facebook) and payment systems like Stripe.
• Manage deployment pipelines using Kamal on GCP, including background job processing and observability.
• Collaborate with product designers and marketing managers to translate user needs into technical solutions.

Requirements

• Minimum 3 years of experience in Ruby on Rails.
• Relevant experience with React, preferably React Native.
• Must be based anywhere in Europe.
• Fluent in English.
• Experience shaping technical direction for early-stage projects.
• Ability to leverage AI tools to optimize development quality and quantity.
