What you will do

• Lead and mentor a team of senior and principal product managers across CI, CD, artifact management, and observability.
• Define the long-term product vision and strategy for agentic software delivery and AI-transformed workflows.
• Ensure a unified and intuitive platform-level customer journey across the build, test, package, deploy, and monitor stages.
• Partner with engineering leadership to influence architectural decisions and platform investments.
• Own go-to-market alignment, including pricing, packaging, and positioning in collaboration with sales and marketing.
• Utilize customer insights and telemetry to guide roadmap prioritization and adoption strategies.

Requirements

• 10+ years of product management experience, including leadership of senior or principal PMs in complex technical domains.
• Strong background in DevOps, CI/CD pipelines, release systems, artifact management, or observability platforms.
• Technical fluency to collaborate with engineers on system design, pipelines, and data flows.
• Experience building developer-facing products for enterprise-scale technical customers.
• Proven track record in pricing, packaging, and monetization strategies for SaaS products.
• Must be based in Canada.
