What you will do

• Lead and mentor a team of senior and principal product managers across CI/CD, artifact management, and observability.
• Define the long-term product strategy and vision for Agentic Software Delivery, focusing on AI-native workflows.
• Align portfolio decisions across build, package, deploy, and monitor experiences to ensure a coherent customer journey.
• Collaborate with engineering leadership on platform architecture, trade-offs, and technical investments.
• Drive go-to-market alignment with sales, marketing, and customer success to support commercial growth.
• Model AI-native product management by utilizing AI tools for discovery, prototyping, and roadmap development.

Requirements

• Must be based in Canada or the US
• Proven experience in a people leadership role, mentoring senior product management talent.
• Hands-on product management experience in CI/CD, artifact management, release management, or observability.
• Technical fluency in pipeline design, deployment strategies, and observability signals.
• Experience working with technical customers in developer tools or DevOps environments.
• Strong communication skills to align cross-functional partners and executives around a shared vision.
