What you will do

• Manage and respond to email support queues, performing technical troubleshooting for DNS, CMS, and other hosting products.
• Process Zoner orders, validate customer information, and configure server settings and invoices.
• Assist with website migrations across servers and platforms, specifically for WordPress and WP Cloud.
• Act as a Process SuperUser by providing guidance to colleagues, approving discounts, and improving internal procedures.
• Handle advanced product-specific escalations for the Website Builder or WordPress, providing complex fixes.

Requirements

• High School Diploma, general education degree, or equivalent.
• Knowledge of web hosting and technical proficiency in DNS, PHP, SSH, FTP/sFTP, WP-CLI, and MySQL databases.
• Experience in customer service with strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to multitask and maintain great attention to detail.
• Must be based in Cebu City.
