What you will do
- Define and lead the digital marketing and sales strategy for energy commodities and value-added solutions.
- Manage B2C and B2B lead generation and customer acquisition activities, optimizing budgets and ROI.
- Drive organic growth through SEO strategies to increase qualified traffic and conversion rates.
- Advance marketing technology by leveraging AI capabilities, CDPs, and LLM/GEO technologies for personalization.
- Oversee the governance and performance of external agencies while collaborating with global stakeholders.
Requirements
- At least 8 years of experience in digital marketing, digital sales, or related commercial roles.
- Proven experience managing large-scale customer acquisition programs and significant marketing investments.
- Leadership experience in energy, utilities, telecommunications, insurance, or similar complex sectors.
- Deep knowledge of performance marketing, SEO, web analytics, and martech ecosystems.
- Solid understanding of AI applications in marketing, including CDPs and emerging LLM technologies.
- Location: Based in Milano, IT
