What you will do

  • Develop and execute a comprehensive digital marketing strategy to drive awareness and growth in international markets.
  • Own the marketing automation platform to build personalized customer journeys for lead nurturing and conversion.
  • Optimize the website and landing pages with a focus on strong UX, SEO, and mobile-first design.
  • Implement tracking and optimization frameworks to improve MQL quality and overall funnel efficiency.
  • Manage outsourced agencies to ensure high-quality delivery of digital campaigns aligned with business goals.
  • Collaborate with Data and AI teams to execute a data strategy that drives personalized, optimized campaigns.

Requirements

  • Experience leading digital marketing transformation with strong strategic thinking and commercial acumen.
  • Deep expertise in CRM and marketing automation technologies (e.g., Marketo, Eloqua).
  • Strong understanding of B2B marketing and marketing technology architecture.
  • Proven track record of managing transformation programs and cross-functional stakeholders.
  • Experience designing and executing digital strategies across diverse international markets.
  • Location: Must be based in Budapest, Hungary

Nice to have

  • Experience in international content or marketing roles.
  • Familiarity with AI-assisted content creation and optimization tools.
