What you will do

• Source and build relationships with investment funds, financial institutions, family offices, and multi-nationals.
• Develop and implement fundraising strategies including equity raises and M&A to secure company growth.
• Identify, evaluate, and negotiate potential sources of funding.
• Manage investor meetings, presentations, and reporting processes.
• Collaborate with Finance, Sales, and Tech teams to create fundraising materials and documentation.
• Represent the company at industry events and conferences related to fundraising.

Requirements

• Strong investor network and extensive knowledge of investment funds.
• Demonstrated success in raising capital, ideally for Deep Tech or AI companies.
• Degree in Business Administration, Finance, or equivalent.
• Advanced knowledge of Excel.
• Fluency in English.
• Ability to work autonomously and collaborate with C-level executives.
