What you will do

• Produce and elevate weekly flash reports, monthly trading packs, and KPI reporting.
• Partner with stakeholders to translate financial and operational metrics into narratives that highlight trends and risks.
• Support annual budgeting, reforecasting, and long-range planning processes.
• Maintain and improve dynamic forecasting models and conduct scenario modeling to improve agility.
• Deliver robust financial modeling and business cases to evaluate new initiatives and investments.
• Simplify and automate finance processes by leveraging AI tools and collaborating with Data teams.

Requirements

• Proven experience in FP&A, commercial finance, or business analytics.
• Strong expertise in management reporting, budgeting, and forecasting cycles.
• Advanced Excel skills for building and maintaining complex, scalable financial models.
• Experience using BI visualization tools such as Power BI or Looker.
• Ability to simplify complex data and present insights to influence cross-functional stakeholders.
• Must be based in London for a hybrid work arrangement.
