What you will do

• Build and execute Sportsbook marketing campaigns based on customer segmentation and behavioral objectives.
• Drive product awareness and customer engagement through promotional activities, including Free Bets and Free Spins.
• Analyze A/B tests and collaborate with the BI team to improve targeting and campaign performance.
• Coordinate with the creative team to deliver on-brand content for Email, SMS, Web, and App Push notifications.
• Provide weekly and monthly reporting on Customer Marketing KPIs focused on retention, activation, and reactivation.
• Ensure all communications comply with Spanish regulatory and compliance guidelines.

Requirements

• Native Spanish speaker and high level of English.
• Location: Based in Ceuta, Spain.
• Previous experience in the IGaming industry (Sports betting and Casino).
• Proficiency in CRM systems, planning tools, and Excel.
• Ability to work with raw data to draw actionable conclusions for campaign optimization.
• Strong project and time management skills with meticulous attention to detail.

• Experience with Optimove, Mobivate, or Braze.
