What you will do

• Optimize Spanish-language sportsbooks and sub-domains to maximize customer traffic and engagement.
• Execute trading offers and ensure content aligns with business strategy and brand tone of voice.
• Improve key customer journeys to minimize friction and enhance the user experience.
• Monitor website data and KPIs to make data-driven decisions for customer retention.
• Collaborate with Marketing, Design, Product, Compliance, and VIP teams to identify market opportunities.
• Manage and grow the #MiApuesta social media product, engaging directly with customers.
• Write original sports-related copy and support SEO initiatives.

Requirements

• Spanish: Native/Mother tongue (C2) required
• English: Business level or fluent (B2+) required
• Proven knowledge and experience within the betting and gaming industry.
• Experience working with online content or operational teams.
• Understanding of web analytics and a strong passion for sports.
• High attention to detail and strong interpersonal communication skills.
