What you will do

• Own and evolve existing internal tooling, scaffolding tools, and platform APIs.
• Design and build new developer-facing tools, including CLIs, templates, and starter kits.
• Develop golden paths by composing building blocks into cohesive, easy-to-use developer workflows.
• Ensure all tooling is maintainable and aligned with the .NET ecosystem used by product teams.
• Collaborate with Product Engineering teams to gather feedback and understand developer needs.
• Work with architects to align tooling decisions with the broader technical direction of the platform.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience as a Senior Software Engineer (Developer Platform/Internal Tooling) or Senior Platform Engineer.
• Strong expertise in .NET development.
• Proven experience building developer-facing tooling, CLIs, or internal utilities.
• Deep knowledge of software engineering best practices, including testing and CI/CD.
• Fluent English (spoken and written).
• Must be based in or able to work from the Belgium Hub in Liège.

Nice to have

• Experience using Python for platform tooling.
• Experience with developer portals such as Backstage, React, or Next.js.
• Knowledge of Kubernetes and container-based workflows.
• Proficiency in French.
