What you will do

• Identify manual workflows and inefficiencies to design and implement automation that reduces repetitive tasks.
• Optimize CRM systems to automate lead capture, routing, follow-ups, and task assignments.
• Support marketing and sales teams by automating lead management, pipeline tracking, and client onboarding.
• Build and maintain integrations between various platforms using APIs and automation tools.
• Create reporting dashboards to track operational performance, lead response times, and workflow efficiency.

Requirements

• Experience in business process automation, operations support, or CRM administration.
• Hands-on experience with tools such as Zapier, Make, HubSpot, GoHighLevel, ActiveCampaign, Monday.com, or Airtable.
• Strong understanding of CRM systems and operational process optimization.
• Ability to work independently in a fast-paced remote environment.
• Excellent communication and technical documentation skills.

Nice to have

• Basic understanding of APIs, integrations, and data flows.
• Experience supporting fintech, lending, or high-volume operational businesses.
