TL;DR
Workplace Technology Lead (IT Infrastructure): Managing end-to-end workplace technology and physical office infrastructure for the London site with an accent on AV systems, hardware lifecycle, and physical security. What you will do
- Own London's workplace technology end-to-end, ensuring a seamless day-to-day experience for staff and guests.
- Manage the technical side of new-hire onboarding, including device staging, account provisioning, and tool orientation.
- Maintain the AV and conferencing estate, including meeting rooms, all-hands, and event technology.
- Program-manage physical system installations such as cameras, badge access-control, and structured cabling.
- Handle the local hardware lifecycle (provisioning, stock, repairs) and act as the site's top escalation point.
- Oversee the site's technology spend and forecast budgets in collaboration with Finance.
Requirements
- 6+ years of experience in IT, workplace technology, AV, or facilities-adjacent technical operations.
- Proven experience running on-site buildouts and managing physical installs end-to-end.
- Strong program management skills to scope fit-outs and manage vendors and timelines.
- Ability to work on-site five days a week in London.
- Experience managing and developing technical staff as the site scales.
Nice to have
- Experience with Neat, Zoom Rooms, and large-scale AV design and signal flow.
- Knowledge of structured/low-voltage cabling and building systems commissioning.
- Familiarity with physical security infrastructure like Verkada (CCTV and access-control).
- Experience with Meraki networking, Jamf, and Apple Business Manager.
- Exposure to AI-assisted ITSM platforms such as ServiceNow, Jira Service Management, or Freshservice.
