Salary: $116,000 - $195,000

What you will do

• Design and iterate on AI agents to drive automation across Bighirify.global and partner ecosystems.
• Connect agents to MCP servers to surface backend capabilities (APIs, Databases) for intuitive user experiences.
• Develop AI assistant features in the control panel to support natural language queries and store management.
• Collaborate with product designers and NLP experts to deliver high-quality conversational experiences.
• Build proof-of-concept solutions to validate user stories rapidly.
• Contribute to internal tooling for prompt engineering and LLM fine-tuning.

Requirements

• Must be based in the USA (Austin/Atlanta for hybrid or remote).
• 5+ years of experience in backend or full-stack development, preferably with AI/MCP systems.
• Strong programming skills in Go.
• Experience with LLMs (OpenAI, Anthropic) and building agentic AI applications.
• Deep understanding of RESTful APIs and data integration.
• BS or higher degree in Computer Science or a related technical field.

Nice to have

• Experience with e-hirify.global platforms or SaaS product development.
• Background in conversational AI or natural language processing.
• Familiarity with LangChain, Semantic Kernel, or similar chaining tools.
• Experience building for mobile environments (iOS/Android).
• Previous work with AI copilots or rules-based automation tools.
