Compensation: $190,000 – $316,000 total target cash (inclusive of bonus/commission).

What you will do

• Ship high-impact AI features and agentic workflows across the platform.
• Design and build foundational AI infrastructure including orchestration, evaluation, and retrieval systems.
• Establish reusable patterns and components to enable faster AI feature development across the company.
• Collaborate with product and design teams to identify high-leverage opportunities based on user workflows.
• Set technical direction for AI systems, including build vs. buy decisions and evaluation strategies.

Requirements

• 3+ years of software engineering experience, with 2+ years building production LLM or applied AI systems.
• Deep familiarity with the modern AI ecosystem: model APIs, agent frameworks, evals, retrieval, and prompting.
• Strong product sense and systems thinking with a track record of shipping reliable AI products.
• Excellent communication skills to drive alignment across cross-functional teams.
• Must be authorized to work in the United States.
