Technical Talent Acquisition Partner (SaaS): Managing end-to-end recruitment for Engineering, Product Management, Data, and AI teams with an accent on building talent pipelines and hiring velocity. Location: Hybrid: Must be based in Toronto, ON (3 days a week in office)

Salary: $70,000 – $90,000 CAD per year

What you will do

  • Manage the full-cycle recruitment process for technical functions across Engineering, Product, Data, and AI.
  • Collaborate with divisional leaders and HRBPs to define role requirements and identify hiring needs.
  • Proactively source candidates using job boards, social media, networking, and employee referrals.
  • Utilize AI-powered recruiting technologies and automation to enhance sourcing and operational efficiency.
  • Maintain ATS databases to ensure data-centric decision-making.

Requirements

  • 4-5 years of experience in technical recruiting (AI, engineers, product, or data).
  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Knowledge of hiring regulations and compliance is a must.
  • Experience in high-growth, fast-paced SaaS or agency environments.
  • Ability to manage 5-15 active roles simultaneously and conduct 4-8 interviews per day.

Nice to have

  • Experience recruiting specifically for AI, Machine Learning, or Data Science roles.
  • Experience implementing or optimizing AI-driven recruiting workflows and talent intelligence platforms.
