What you will do
- Act as the primary operational owner for strategic customer programs, ensuring high-quality service delivery.
- Coordinate cross-functional initiatives between Operations, Customer Success, Sales, and external stakeholders.
- Develop and standardize operational workflows, SOPs, and governance processes to improve scalability.
- Monitor program performance through metrics and reporting, providing actionable insights to leadership.
- Prepare and present recurring business reviews and dashboards highlighting program health and improvement initiatives.
- Support customer implementations and service expansions while minimizing operational disruption.
Requirements
- Must be based in or able to commute to Stockton, CA.
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Operations, Supply Chain, Project Management, or related field.
- 3+ years of experience in Program Management, Operations, or Account Management.
- Proven ability to lead cross-functional initiatives and influence stakeholders without direct authority.
- Strong analytical skills with experience developing executive-level reporting and KPI scorecards.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and experience with business systems like Jira, Zendesk, or Salesforce.
Nice to have
- Experience in managed services, logistics, or technology operations.
- Professional certifications such as Lean, Six Sigma, PMP, or CAPM.
