What you will do

  • Coordinate and support the cadence of Executive Leadership Team meetings, strategic reviews, and leadership forums.
  • Support the execution of CEO priorities through coordination, follow-up, and progress tracking.
  • Manage timelines, milestones, and stakeholder communications for cross-functional strategic projects.
  • Assist in coordinating materials and logistics for Board of Directors meetings.
  • Build and maintain systems that improve organizational visibility, follow-through, and accountability.
  • Identify risks, dependencies, and blockers to facilitate resolution with appropriate stakeholders.

Requirements

  • 3–5 years of experience in business operations, project management, consulting, or strategy.
  • Demonstrated ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
  • Experience coordinating cross-functional projects and working with diverse stakeholders.
  • Strong organizational skills with exceptional attention to detail.
  • Clear, concise, and professional written and verbal communication skills.
  • Comfortable using modern productivity tools and AI technologies.
