What you will do

• Oversee plant and business controlling activities to ensure financial accuracy.
• Perform short and mid-term planning and forecasting for expenses, profit and loss, and product costs.
• Conduct standard cost and variance analysis to identify operational efficiencies.
• Manage financial inventory processes and capital expenditure (Capex) reporting.
• Prepare and maintain financial reports using SAP R/3 and Power BI.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field.
• Minimum 7 years of accounting experience, including 5 years in a plant or business controlling role.
• Must be authorized to work in the United States without sponsorship.
• Proficiency in SAP R/3, BI, and Power BI.
• Strong understanding of reporting principles, Capex, and inventory management.
