What you will do
- Lead financial support for plant operations, managing monthly close, variance analysis, and performance reporting.
- Analyze manufacturing, supply chain, freight, and warehouse costs to identify key drivers and improvement opportunities.
- Coordinate budgeting and forecasting processes for plants and logistics operations.
- Manage inventory performance, including the analysis of excess/obsolete inventory and write-offs.
- Provide operational insights into cost absorption, production volumes, and warehouse productivity.
- Support product costing and margin analysis for existing and new product lines.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field.
- 5+ years of experience in FP&A, Finance, or Controlling.
- Experience in Manufacturing/Plant Finance and cost accounting.
- Proficiency in standard costing, cost absorption, and inventory analysis.
- Advanced analytical and financial modeling skills, specifically with Excel.
- Experience working with SAP or other ERP systems.
