What you will do

  • Establish and maintain strong relationships with existing customers and OEMs at all organizational levels.
  • Conduct high-level negotiations and manage the full sales cycle from prospecting to after-care.
  • Develop and implement strategic plans for market penetration and new product adoption.
  • Monitor sales forecasts and budgets to ensure targets are consistently met.
  • Collaborate with service, marketing, and product specialists to deliver integrated solutions.
  • Report on competitive activities and market trends to refine sales strategies.

Requirements

  • Bachelor or Master degree in Mechanical or Vacuum technology preferred.
  • Minimum 5 years of sales experience with a proven track record in vacuum or mechanical sectors.
  • Strong technical knowledge of vacuum and mechanical applications.
  • Proficiency in English (oral and written) is required.
  • Excellent presentation, interpersonal, and negotiation skills.
  • Ability to work under pressure and function effectively as a team player.
